SMS / Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. Overview
Spartacus Energy Services, LLC and Spartacus Energy of New York, LLC (collectively, “Spartacus Energy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operate a recurring SMS/text messaging program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages related to your energy enrollment, including Third-Party Verification (TPV), account notifications, electronic contracts (eContracts) and e-signature links, verification codes, and customer support communications. By enrolling, you agree to these Terms.
2. How You Opt In
Customers may opt in to receive text messages by providing verbal consent during a live enrollment call and confirming that consent by texting START to the designated number. You will not receive recurring messages until your opt-in has been confirmed. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
5. Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customer information, mobile numbers, and SMS consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page.
